Sorry if this is considered "hijacking" but I'm curious if there's any news on the alternate 1mb version of N.Y. Warriors I submitted approximately half a year ago ? (Ticket 01342)

(SPS 0705 is 512kb version, no ingame music etc.)

Not yet. Has been delayed since we work on scripted dumping in KF which basically means people can define their own scripts and create IPFs. This will put this into the hands of the community and not depend on us, as we have so many things going on, it's way too much for a team of five people.

I've used Keirfs disk-tools to create my own working ipfs from the KF streams, so no worries and keep up the good work.

Yeah, nice stuff. We're tying to take it a step further and will give you and engine, where you can just define formats as scripts, therefore adding functionality found in replication equipment back in the day. Once someone has writte a format definition (think of a parameter file as found in some copiers - but now with proper hardware), toss it around. It works for reading and writing. No more blind copies. And you can also check if it's been changed since it came out of the replication drive.

But not trying to hijack, too. So... anyone with Persian Gulf and a dump?
