I've heard that on the C64 for defiinate! It sounds very 8-bitish as well.

I can't put a name to it at the moment - I'll have to look through my collection which may take some time!

The music is called 'Jesper K'

It was made by Jesper K but converted by Estrayk. You can get it on keygenmusic . net

Seems like Galahad already knows where it's from :

Amiga also has the same tune converted from the C64
Maybe he can tell us how the original C64 tune is called

Looked through a few C64 games and can't find it. No doubt I'll find it when I don't mean to - just getting the v5 gamebase c64 collection so I'll go through them a lot more quickly then.

BTW:
Seems that the Jesper Kyd credits are a fake.
http://files.exotica.org.uk/modland/...e02-intro.smod

the original seem to be a Jochen Hippel production.

Despite the fact that the tool was based on his own replay routine, i don't think Jochen Hippel ever made anything with Future Composer (Superions probably converted his tunes to FC), so i don't think that one was made by him, the first time i've heard it was in TAS/PDX multi-parts intro and a dude called "Jesper Kristensen" was credited for it...

Yeah, as far as we can tell, it's made by Jesper Kristensen, and Jesper Kristensen != Jesper Kyd. Module uploaded, link will work when admin has put it in the right place.

I have dug up an old FC disk and uploaded the modules dir.
The mod.ice2 (fc 1.4) seems to be a renamed file from the paradox.fc13 mod.
The mod.trilogy is made by Jesper Kristensen. Now, that probably means PDX and Trilogy were in a coorporation back in those days?
Maybe someone can shed light on that.

BTW: Anyone knows who made mod.ec-fut-8.2 ?

Was it C64 or Amiga first, and does anyone know its name or where it came from as in demo or commercial production.

Sounds very like another tune on an Amiga cracktro which i'm struggling to remember.
The tune was used here http://kestra.exotica.org.uk/demo.php?id=2406
for the first time. The credits inside the intro are given to Jesper Kyd.
The Paradox and all follow up releases have used Jesper Kristensen as author.

Unknown is, if Jesper have used some C64 tune as master.

The known Jochen Hippel musics were converted to Future Composer by some person of Anarchy, and were used here for the first time. Many crack intro programmers have used them afterwards. http://kestra.exotica.org.uk/demo.php?id=6394

well, Doc Disk #3 intro 1 being released 3 months before I.C.E 2, I guess Jesper Kristensen is the correct author.
