Sure, internet access works fine. Wrote the posts on IBrowse on the same machine and using FTP as well to my NAS from there.

I use MUI to create three pages: Code:

No problem to make AmiModRadio work on Coffin OS (on WinUAE), just install HippoPlayer correctly.

I'm running R54 so there might be differences from your R48 release that is not accounted for. Hippoplayer works fine here, so that can't really be blamed.
Problem is the huge wait times when starting AmiModRadio here. 10 minutes until the GUI appears. And then still waiting 5 minutes each time I do specific tasks. I can't tell what is making it work that way, but I'm going to update Roadshow to see if that does anything, since the waiting time appears when AmiModRadio accesses the hosts file (which in my case is empty). But glad to know it can run - just not with my R54 release of CoffinOS. |

About the problem AmiMoRadio I solved and found the remedy, it was a stupid thing, once the GUI was restricted to only the Player and saved the GUI the problem of the three faces of the GUI disappeared.

Hi tygre!
I've just tested the latest AmiModRadio on my A1200 running WB 3.1.4. Roadshow as TCP/IP stack, 68030 with 128 MB RAM. And it does exactly the same as my A2000 Vampire with CoffinOS. Takes 10 minutes before the interface comes up. And can't find any mods using the standard Aminet/mods source. After that the program stops responding I just have to accept that the program doesn't like me! Bugger... If I ever find the reason and fix it, I'll let you know how I solved it. |
