Got them all, from Mr. Pie here (PowerPie5000).

Would definitely deal with him again. (if he hadn't given the other MD to CU_Amiga it may have been sooner rather than later!)

Cheers mate.

Bought an IBM 2.88MB floppy drive from Firthy2002.

I received it this morning by First Class Recorded Delivery. The item was very well packed and in extremely good condition for something which is some 17 years old. Actually, it looks almost new!

Thankyou very much, Firthy! It was a pleasure to do business with you.

Hey, just found out about this thread! (Yeah, I'm not the quickest!)

Anyway, as mentioned a few posts above, I purchased a couple of PS1s and other bits and bobs from PowerPie5000. Can't praise him enough.
Everything arrived really quickly (and would've been even quicker if I'd have been in when DHL called first time), it was all fantastically well packed & padded to avoid damage in transit and most importantly of all he's a great guy to deal with.

Feel the love people!!!

I've just bought an Amiga 500 and 4 boxes of coverdisks, savedisks and backup disks from fitzsteve.

After sorting out exactly which car park we were supposed to be using as a meeting place (), I was handed a large box containing an extremely well-packed Amiga 500 plus accessories and 4 boxes full of disks exactly as described in the thread for a very good price.

The A500 has been well looked after. It is in very good condition and should clean up nicely! Now that I have my hands on one I can see why it remains the greatest selling home computer of all time. I only really bought this lot to get the SCART lead and the DD disks, but to get such a nice A500 was a welcome bonus.

Thanks very much, Steve. It was a pleasure to meet up with you and do business.

Thanks for your purchase and promt arrangement to collect, nice doing business. I wanted the bits to go to an enthusiast so I am pleased.

The wife hasn't talked me into selling my A1200 so I still have a piece of Amiga history!

Steve.

My wife hasn't spoken to me at all since I got home. (Only joking! )

No-one will ever talk me into selling my A1200s. It's good to know you're keeping yours.

PowerPie5000

Bought 16 20-pin 256Kx4 RAM chips from PowerPie5000 at a very good price for expanding my A500's Rev 6A motherboard RAM.

PowerPie's a great communicator, and they arrived by First Class post, safely and securely packaged.

Thanks, mate!

amigakit.com

Bought the EasyADF software from amigakit.com. Amigakit's usual great service included email reports on the status of my order and next day delivery too.

I'm a satisfied Amigakit customer once again.
