Incredible! The co-op way is the most amazing thing I've ever seen!: [ Show youtube player ] (not me)

Incredible too is how can I play it so well in my 1.8Ghz C64x when it's intended for 3Ghz (I almost can't in my 3Ghz laptop).

GTA 4 (gotta love them Steam discount specials).

-wow-, now thats a game! The games for windows live stuff is quite annoying and the cars handle like the tires are made of glue, but that doesn't diminish the addiction factor one bit. I've never seen a game where it is this much fun to run into people, either on foot or with a car

Big win also that immediately hooked me; cruising through the city at night with the Smashing Pumpkins blasting through the radio. The people at Rockstar really know how to pick the tracks that perfectly fit their games.

Civ 5, was in major discount on steam last weekend so I felt inclined to click the buy button Its just too easy, click click and you have a new game to play.

Quite an addictive game! Only I seem to experience a certain "drag" when I get a few hours into a game where it seems I'm only repeating the same tasks. That will probably change once I increase the difficulty though and I may need to scout out some human opponents as well to get the full experience from it...

Sorry for chiming in so late but I wanted to suggest playing the game with ScummVM. It plays exactly as it should and allows you to have a few nifty features - if you into that sort of thing - namely MT-32 emulation (if you don't have an actual MT-32) and undithered graphics (I like it bt a lot of people don't).

Its called Serious Sam SE. You had me thinking there was a HD remake of Serious Sam 2 there

Wouldn't make much sense for there to be one as Serious Sam 2 is not THAT old.

Got bored of GTA 4, so I've started to play Borderlands. Quite a fun FPS-RPG actually, I really love the comical style to it and it has just enough RPG elements to make it more than an average FPS.

Shadow of the beast. Played to the finish for the first time. Cheated, ofc.
What a cheap game. Plays like a tech demo with a game+plot clumsily bolted on. Not very satisfying. Also not terribly impressed with the gfx, music or sfx, although it must have been special at the time.
Still, glad i finally made the time to see what the fuss was about. Only takes 1/2 hour to play through when cheating.
Even mother in law sat down and said it looked boring! I told her she had got it spot on!
Started sotb2 which seems better in every way.

Brilliant game and yeh i agree basically GTA but with a child friendly feel and slightly more platformy. Got right to the end of it on the xbox but never did get round to finishing it, may dig it out later.

I'm on a gaming binge. Been playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (needed to catch up, last COD I played was COD 2). Awesome game; like all COD games its on rails, but its an epic experience nonetheless. Like playing an interactive war movie.

Also been playing TorchlighT. Yeah, if you are a big fan of Diablo 2 then you may want to give this a try because it is a shameful clone (and I do mean a Clone with a capital C) with more colorful graphics and far more loot collecting madness - on par with Dungeon Siege. Quite fun, but it misses the gritty atmosphere of D2 to make the same kind of lasting impact. Best addition in this game is a pet which can actually go back to town for you and sell crap: genius!

Super Meat Boy, finished all the warp zones and also unlocked Veridian from VVVVVV for collecting 90 bandages.
Great game, very addictive.

Bought Williams Pinball Classics on the Xbox 360 yesterday.

Good fun and very polished but - oh no! - you need credits to play the majority of tables which you earn by achieving 'goals'. And you need even more to unlock the 'free play' modes which mean you can play as much as you like without paying after the initial expensive purchase. What a ridiculous idea - all I want to do is be able to play the actual game I PAID REAL MONEY FOR properly without having to earn virtual money first. That's at least, ooh, 20% off the final mark right there.

Graham, Graham, Graham.

Even you are getting too old buddy boy, the virtual money is the reward system the gamers of today want - at least the type of gamers that would buy something that is not an FPS...

Dead Space 2 on my xbox 360.

Just managed to get to chapter 13 in one streak ! (without saving) and so i used my first save there. Took me really a lot of play time to get there.
Playing on hardest difficulty, where you can only save 3 times, that's why.

I have a lot of Xbox 360 games, but this is the first game that got me hooked as much. Really a great and fun game

edit: finished it ! with ALL it's achievements ! The only game i did this for.
