Hmmm, tonight I updated the disk that I created for "Galaga '92 v1.4 [with DOCS]" and also added a "Galaga'92_Cheats.txt" file into the <gamedir> in regards to my collection

...previously, I don't know as much as what I do now about the Amiga, so when I created the disk many years ago I used the "Notice" from the older (PD) version which looked like this; and had to rename the v1.4 game file so that the menu keys still worked (in fact Retro-Nerd did this for me):



The disk is now using the "Notice" file from v1.4 archive (although I changed the colours on the "Press:" lines) and looks like this once loaded; plus I've also updated the keymap for the correct v1.4 filename:



Anyway, just download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

So, without further adjure...given the news that my good friend Graeme has now released the final version of Rygar AGA; time to update the files in my collection so you can all enjoy the fruits of his labour

Please follow these instructions:

• Delete the configuration file "Rygar [AGA] [demo].uae" from "C:\WinUAE\Configurations".
• Delete the directory "Rygar AGA Demo" from "C:\WinUAE\Games".
• Download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE".

Edit: oh I forgot to mention, I added a "Rygar_Cheats_LevelCodes_Messages.txt" file that HOL might want to add when they get time...

Here is an updated disk with the "ross & clenched" awesome hack included!!!



Please do the following:

• Delete the directory "C:\WinUAE\Games\Galaga '92".
• Download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE.

Rygar AGA Works great and plays great (I need to shapen up on my reflexes )

Galaga '92 Fix works much better then the original nice job ross & clenched

I've also added a note to the "Galaga'92_Cheats.txt" file mentioning that the <Left Mouse Button> will exit the game after the cheat is used...

So, please just do the following:

• Delete the directory "C:\WinUAE\Games\Galaga '92".
• Download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE.

When I tried yesterday with an A1200 configuration, I didn't really notice any difference

I laugh every time I see an Amiga game or demo released & next time I jump to these forums there's Damien on top of things with an update. D is the best.

I've said it numerous times before; got to stay up-to-date with new releases / fixes etc. otherwise things quickly get out of control and become a nightmare to manage

I've now updated the .ADF yet again; and also taken ross's advice to set an A1200 configuration (now that all versions support this)



So, please just do the following:

In the archive on Aminet, the passwords for all "original" levels were already removed using this tool. I've also added the PacEasy "custom" levels.

So just download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

In the past I've usually released an "Update Pack" when I have 20 new games setup / configured / ready...

As it's becoming increasingly more difficult to find any new, decent games... I'm doing the same as with the last "Update Pack" i.e. releasing in 2 x parts which each have 10 x games included

So here is the first part of "Update Pack #25", which contains the following:

2 game updates:

... Land of Genesis [AmigaCD]

1 game removed:
... Rygar [AGA] [demo]

2 new "cheats / hints / level codes / manuals / maps / walkthroughs" additions:
