I saw that AHI must be installed with AmigaAMP.
I've not installed it for the moment, could it be my problem with stereo playback? |

Well, just resetting things up after my 3.2.2 upgrade.
Note: I haven't tested the MAS Player since pre 3.2... I can get it to play with the MAS-Player app that came with it. NOTE: Not the MAS-Player app that is on Aminet. That doesn't work. I can also get it to play using the masplay command that came with the MASMpegdevice library on Aminet. But I can't get it to work with AmigaAmp. Tried older and newer versions of both the mhimaspro.library and AmigaAmp. (AmigaAmp looks like it is playing it, but no sound... Yes, I have checked hardware and software volume controls... ;-) Thoughts? Thanx |

It's working (and probably was working). For testing, I was using the MP3 file included with the MHIMAS library archive. It's a clip called "EndSequence.mp3" (By Chris H. from a game), and it played fine with the MASPlay app that came with that archive... Well, I tried another MP3 file (It was just a mini sound bite in the MAS-Player source code directory) in AmigaAmp3... And it worked... <sigh>   So I apparently had it working all along, but there is something up with the EndSequence.mp3 file (which plays in MAS-Player and with the mplay command)... Just copied over a couple of more full MP3s and they are playing... Thanx! P.S. If anyone wants/needs the version of the MAS-Player app that actually works with the unit AmigaKit was selling (unlike the one on Aminet), let me know of I can upload it or the disk image to somewhere... This version works with my MAS Player (not Aminet's version) The screen is just cut at the bottom (some lines are missing) |
