By the way, I've received the "Your donation will be checked" PM without having actually completed the donation process. I've reached the PayPal link from EAB and logged in (choosing one of the 6 months plan). I stopped when requested to confirm the donation. You might want to investigate that (I think the "check" PM should be sent when I've actually done the donation). Sorry if this new donation system is giving you more work than before :-)) EDIT: more info Last edited by jman; 05 January 2014 at 20:44. Reason: More info |

I've received the PM "Your donation will be checked" right after I've clicked on the "Donate" button and was redirected to PayPal (tried twice at *26-02-14, 17:00* and *26-02-14, 17:08*) without performing an actual donation.

The eab page layout is really annoying on Chrome... Should it really have an advert every 2 posts? Every 2 sub-forums on the index page... Bleeding hell.. This is enough to make me NOT want to come here currently!!

Hey Bippy, I have just checked chrome, the latest version, and I don't get what you get at all, all I get is 1 advert right at the bottom within a thread, and 1 advert right at the top on the index page only, which is the same as FF.
I even went to the trouble of finding the exact thread in your screenshot just for comparison. Something weird is going on with your chrome, you must have enabled the spam me shit loads of adverts extension Seriously though, disable any extensions and restart chrome, if the problem disappears, then you'll be able to home in on which extension is the culprit, or better still, use FF. I had some trouble with chrome a while ago so I reverted back to FF and I'm a much happier person because of it |

I'm not getting anything here either. I have the AdBlock extension enabled coz it was quite annoying without it.

@RCK: the monthly total number of donations for March and April (so far) should really be one greater, because they don't include the second monthly subscription instalments from jman and FrodeSolheim, respectively.

Jumped onboard as a monthly supporter. Them old computers have given me so much that it's good to repay the debt in some way.
