Galahad

Will there be any CD32 version of the game released?

Like the original Putty http://hol.abime.net/2198

I don't think I can run the WHDLoad version on the CD32 and both disk images are of course NDOS.

Great work on the release to all.

I am considering it yes, I did actually start it, but real life took over briefly.

Start a request thread on EAB 'demanding' it, if theres enough interest, consider it done!

Looks like system3 just put on about 20% more or 60 new likes for their Facebook page since PS amiga landed!

There was a document included with the release to explain that using a quickstart configuration was the way to go if you were not sure what to do.

Glad to see everyone read it and it wasn't a waste of time including it!!!

please excuse my excitement. i just wasn't calm enough to read the docs... I_HAD_TO_TRY_FIRST - just couldn't resist...

i am not very active here but reading this forum very frequently. i can still remember the excitement when snow bros was finally released. still love to play it today on the real miggy.

for approximately the last eight years i have followed the putty squad thread. i had bought the cu amiga with the cover disk back in the days here in germany and was totally hooked. the game kept me interested all the time and i must admit i even went halfway through the snes version, just to see if the hype was worth it. i didn't fascinate me like the amiga demo did...... but i WILL finish this on the real amiga

and again: thank you galahad, codetapper, system3 and the others involved!!!

i didn't know that it was you who had it but i have an answer from john twiddy who explained me what was planned... And i receive a second email from system 3 who ask me to don't talk about it !!!
Don't tell than i'm a liar i don't accept it.
If you want to have an email copy no problem for me... I hate the guys who lie, don't speak about me like this.
I spooke about this with 2 guys before today : leilo 20 days ago and codetapper and codetapper didn't tell me he had the disk but it was the 8th of december.
Then you can ask to codetapper or leilo before saying i'am a liar ! The only thing i didn't know was who will released it, who from the amiga community was working on it.
ps: Merry Christmas

I receive the answer by email from john twiddy the 2nd of december.
Sorry but i didn't notice at that time that he wrote on facebook that he is in contact with the amiga communitty to deliver the game . And why then he ask me to don't post it on forums before their final annoucement ?

I don't care about all of this, i'm happy to finally have the game, But please stop to say i lie! why do you want i would lie ???? I didn't know that all the amiga community knew about it before the 2 nd of December ! when i had my answer from john it was enough for me.
Why i could have writen to system 3 if i knew that they announce it through facebook ??? But are you sure they announce it so soon ?
Galahad with all the respect i have for you don't say i'm a liar ! it's not fair.
ps: i just send you my conversations through emails with system 3 and jhon twiddy.

Ok i saw the message now, but it was from the 6th of december and sorry i didn't knew about it and it was a little of your fault because you was always joking with the release like if you didn't beleive about it and you had the disk , really funny.
Ok i did a mistake i should have write : i knew 4 days before other amigans.
But the fact is : i did a mistake but it doesn't make me a liar.
Sorry for the misunderstood but never tell i'm a liar, i hate to lie, when you are like me, this is something you hate.
It's just even crazy because i thought that i have to keep it secret, i tried to don't speak about it and everybody knows just 4 days after me.
I should read more in depth the thread before taking conclusions.
Look in your messages i'll give you infos about an unreleased amiga game which you should have a look. And i'm not lying lol.

When did you have the disks in hands galahad.
You surely enjoyed to posts like if you didn't knew about the release while you had the disks !
Perhaps we shouldn't share it on real amiga disks too.
I hope everybody will respect the rules : not spread the game, no ftp, no links on eab etc... Please show the world that the amiga community grows and we are no more childish. Keep in mind that if all goes well perhaps others compagny will do it, and perhaps system 3 still have amiga games demos or else. This point is really important.
