Dual Boot with KX Light/WinXP
If there is another topic similar to this, then I'm sorry, but anyway:
Is it possible to Dual Boot with KX Light while you have an XP Install?

Yes, of course.
I would guess that the easiest methods are to use a partition manager to swap active primary partitions on your only hard drive, or to use the BIOS settings to swap between two boot drives, then install both operating systems accordingly.

Hi there. Your description is very clear. This sort of boot problem can be tricky to diagnose without more info tho.I downloaded the Rescatux CD image and burnt it. I restarted and booted from the CD. Using the software I did a file check and fixed the MBR on sda1. It's free, creates a booting CD and can re-install GRUB, and also fix the MBR, which would boot Windows right away.
So, thanks for your good topic again thanks.
