... is not even close to getting started, since we still believe (at least I do
) there must be an English PC version somewhere, but Don Adan is working on the german version's coding for quite some time now, along with his german translator. So, here we be needing a few betatesters to test the stability, integrity and translation correctness of the awfully painful installation proggie that is available in english now and should work with both (ECS & AGA) german versions of the game. Anyone?

![]() That's how UBEK was created, a simple text file read with a hex editor. In case of Kajko & Kokosz and Biing here, it's Don Adan who reassembles the files to a easly-viewable format, so I can see the messages from game among all the assemblers directives, and replace them with those translated.

Thanks guys, but I'm the last person you should thank, Don Adan is doing all the coding and his "mysterious german translator" is doing all the translating.
![]() So, like, uhmmm... anyone care for a beta-test-drive-installation-thingy? ![]()

I dunno, but that's the problem here, I'd like you to check the installation process here...

You just did by posting this post, and that means you've accepted the rules, plus you're willing to pay meh 100$!
![]() Ekhem... Right... Back on earth again... So, you can join Yoti, sure, but we don't have much to offer yet, only the installation proggie to betatest for you, the game itself is still on the drawing board... ![]()

How's the installation process going TCD?
![]() Don Adan on Biing again, needing help, this time from a friendly person who knows both german and english language. I've attached an LHA archive here, please check for the following: 1. is the translation correct? 2. does every line containing text end with the "$" sign? (assembler requirement) 3. notice the "_" sign used in some words in which it should not be Please notify us here and correct them, thank you PS: We are still looking for the English version of the game or the Danish equivalent called "Halloj! Pa Riget"...

Okay, seems like every '$' is in there and the translation seems to be okay too. Would be cool if someone else could check it again (and more thoroughly
).P.S. : The last text file made me very hungry ![]() |

Great, thanks
![]() Would be nice if some other person also checked it, just to be ultra-sure, but no worries, still plenty of work before this one and we can still correct things even in the final stage ![]()

What's the status on this project?
Will it be available for preinstalled WHDLoad for real Amigas when finished?

This is HD game only, WHDLoad is not necessary. Perhaps it will be available as update for original german version. |
