Old Amiga Demo Wanted -- Music Track "The last ninja demo"

hi,

Decided to post this as I am looking for a very old music demo - I reckon around 1988/90.

The demo disk in question had no graphics at all... just roughly 12 or so music tracks - if I remember, the text was green on a black background (but we are talking 20-25 years ago.)

What I am looking for is a particular track off that disk which was called "the last ninja demo" or "the last ninja". It was NOT the music from any of the games from System 3 - under the same name... just to add. It was (I think) a unique piece of (Soundtracker?) music created for the demo...

I've been searching everywhere for that one track... Does anyone have the demo - or the track please?

Thanks.

Hello. could it be this one? Musicdisk arranged by Andreas Starr, by using Sonix.

Deliplayer for PC can play and convert to MP3.

Thank you..

Please forgive my stupidity - but doesn't this still require Winuae or an emulator first... I've downloaded the Wmnuae emulator - but don't have the Kickstart ROMS and really only want this one demo...

When running deliplay - I search for the demoxx.adf but presume that I am doig something wrong...

Is there any easier way to get them / convert them.. Could anyone help?

Many thanks.

no, Deliplayer is Windows Application.
Google for "Deliplayer for PC", get a key to record to mp3 in stereo.

Hi guys..

Once again, thank you for your help.. I've managed to get the tracks working now - but sadly - they're not the track I was looking for..

I think I remember that the other tracks on the disk were not related.. only the single track was called "last ninja music or demo"

And I'm sure it was green text / black background...

Thank you.

Thanks - I did carry out a search on this page - but I know that the piece of music was on a disk of another name... which I can't remember.... :O(

It was a generic music disk - that just happened to have this track on it and was one of the many Amiga demo disks I have...

I do remember that there were no graphics on the disk at all - just music that could be played... it could well have been Sonix tracks.

Thanks again.

Perhaps it's on the attached disk?

Thanks for all these great demos guys - but this isn't it I am afraid.. I know this to be a remake of the Palace Gardens music from the game...

Perhaps I will have to resign myself to never finding it... :O)

As mentioned, its not the music from any of the games in the series... it was a calmer, more authentic sounding piece of Japanese music -

Its really hard to describe - sorry!!

--

I seem to recall do that it was the first piece of music that could be selected (ie top left of the menue) via the F keys.. I know that doesn't help much!
