Ultimate Lotus Trilogy - Just an idea rattling round in my head

Okay, I don't really want to make this a formal request since I couldn't do anything to help (I can program in C but Assembler is almost like a foreign language to me)....anyway...

Wouldn't it be awesome to finally have a definitive version of Lotus Trilogy, the version that should have been released for the CD32 instead of the rushed port, it would have:-

1) Controls fixed (different buttons for accelerate/brake, gears on the shoulder buttons)
2) Lotus 3 would leave sound effects turned on when playing music from CD, so that sfx = Amiga and music = CD, making the most of the hardware for a change.
3) Replace the crappy CD Audio tracks with the best remixed Amiga music for the games (this at least should be really easy).
4) Serial link put back in (probably easy, likely its there just kludged out)

So yeah, probably just a daydream and this thread will get forgotten and buried, but, meh, a guy can dream
