The AB3D code book is also black on black (unphotocopyable paper) and I'm sure I've got JPEGS/PDF of that.

Thanks but no thanks. This is me just trying to contribute to SPS. The IPF of AB3DII doesnt have the codebook.

I own the origonals of AB3D, killing grounds and worms. The have the code booklets up in the loft with the disks in the boxes. I just use versions of the game from planet emu which dont need code entry. Why use origonals and make life SOOOO hard?

Only the original binary files work with the offical and some of the unofficial patches.

It might be possible to scan it with improvements in scanner technology over the years.

Yes.

But as it became clear that the IPF images were not archived with the codes, I wanted the code booklet for SPS too.

I am investigating and may possibly be able to find a solution. Will keep you posted.

Did anything ever come of this? Alternatively, does anyone know how to get the cracked ADF version from Dream 17 (or anywhere else) to run? I can only get to a screen that says 'Digital Corruption' (the name of the group that cracked it I think) and nothing I press or click seems to do anything, other than occasionally turn a little spinning diamond on the screen into a pirate skull.

Hmmmmm....

(PS I prefer not to use WHDLoad)

Using the 2 or 4 MB program disk, I don't even get the DC screen (just the normal Team 17/Ocean intro). From which disk do you boot?

The 4MB one. I got the Team 17/Ocean intro first, the Digital Corruption screen came later (not like a normal cracktro). Did you actually get the game itself to run?

I am using the A4000/030 Quickstart config in WinUAE 2.3.0 if that makes any difference. Maybe I should try some other configs.

Works fine for me. Try entering 666 then press Return on the Digital Corruption screen.

Also, to get the display to fill the screen, press the Enter key on the numeric keypad. You may have to disable port 2 on WinUAE's Game Ports tab.

Additional: Press the J key in-game if you wish to use a joypad or joystick. Press K to switch back to keyboard controls.

Ah, that one. Like Steve said, just enter the number. Even if you don't use WHDLoad (don't see why you wouldn't, but each to their own), install the game to HD. The loading times are just painful.

Omg, I tried on winUAE with using ADF from archive site.
main menu appears after typing "666".
Thank you very much!!

I want to confirm whether my original disk is the same or not,
however, my CD32 seems broken ...

Doubt anyone's still interested in this, but I've just stumbled across the code fully typed up here:
