KVM switch and Amiga keyboard
I got a PC keyboard-video-mouse switch. would that thing work with amiga keyboard? (because, afaik pinout is the same) it has a manual button on it that cycles through computers. I presume keyboard shortcuts wouldn't work but they are not essential.
trying to reduce number of adapters... (sorry if I already asked this) |

Since you mention it supporting keyboard shortcuts, then no, it won't work.
A fully mechanical switch will work. |

may work but with PC<>Amiga KB interface (translation/encapsulation of Amiga KB protocol to PC format)
Reason is quite trivial - such KVM emulate presence of KB and Mouse for PC. So it can work but with additional circuitry. |
