CF HDD related info?

I`m planning to get PCMCIA CF or simmilar adapter for A600. Can I use that CF card like HDD for WB install and remove completely 2.5' hard drive? Second thing, is it possible to use PCMCIA SD/MMC instead of CF adapter? And the third thing, is it possible to use mini ide to CF adapter so I can plug compact flash card directly to motherboard and leave PCMCIA slot available?
So, I need best solution to remove real HDD.
