Zaxwerks 3d invigorator is a great plugin. I used it over the last several years with After Effects to do really quick, yet professional looking logos for many clients TV commercials in Las Vegas - it's slick and worth every penny.
Also for not being a big company (he's pretty much a at-home coder like many of us) - he gives excellent customer support. |

Yep! There's 734 unique colours used in that image Kitty, far too many for what pmc can use

Unfortunately yes, there's a few too many colours for me I'm afraid. The maximum will have to be 32 - no AGA 256 colour stuff just yet - We Are Retro (tm) after all. Aside from all the discussion about maximum colours though I wanna say a big big nice one for making the effort to draw logos for me Kitty - really appreciated. Slim down the colours, keep them logos coming and they'll be floating in demo parts really soon! |

PMC,
Do you have a 3 letter abbreviation for Retro? Is it RET? RTO? If not (in my opinion) you guys should decide on one, that way there are even more options for design as far as logos, sprites, bobs, pics, effects, etc. -Brett |

No but I have thought about that before though and if we did I personally would vote for RTR
Hang on a minute - do I really need to vote...? |

Since Vortex + pmc = Retro I'd say RTR it is! |

Does this mean 'Retro' has officially claimed the abbreviation 'RTR' for their old school demo scene group
If so, I can now get to work on those three letters |

Yeah, OK but these are just ideas for how the 3 letters can be combined together
Until I know from pmc, Vortex and the other guys/girls, it's just in the experimental stage Here's something not quite as 3D, as I was busy with it anyway Obviously, I would do these a lot better than I have, when the time comes round |

I create everything huge, it's far better to do that and scale it back to the size you require than to try and up-scale it, but then you'll already know those reasons
Everything I create is larger than my 22" widescreen monitor @ 1680x1050, that way if I like what I have achieved and with a bit of tweaking, it becomes a wallpaper too |
