Show us you favourite homemade disk labels
I think everybody's got some disks with homemade labels that they are fond of or have admired at one time or another.
Let's see some of your collection, or maybe your own efforts. I've picked a couple from the first diskbox to hand that have had a little thought put into them. I know that the Beast disks are naff, but the actual handwriting seems quite apt. Get scanning guys and gals! Attachment 11073 Last edited by Magno Boots; 29 February 2008 at 23:19. |

My own labels were simple and butt-ugly. Just white paper (with lines) glued on the disk and the name of whatever was on the disk scribbled down with a ballpoint pen.

I either used the labels that came with the disk or one of the 1000 labels I got in a roll
and If I ran out of labels a permanent marker was more than adequate |

Disk labels for my C64 and Amiga games
I used to draw loads of disk labels for my C64 games. Once I got an Amiga, I didn't have time to make them so only have a few Amiga ones. Here is a small selection:

@Codetapper hey absolutely great disk labels!I
have never seen such cool labels. After a quick search through my disk collection i found some homemade labels too.(most are not made by me) Some old C64 disks labelled with a typewriter.A blazzing paddles disk with instructions. And some Amiga disk labelled with printers and by hand. But i am pretty sure Codetappers are unbeatable. [edit] added more disks. Not favourite.Labelled with printers , pen, templates and freezer bag stickers. Last edited by NOB; 23 January 2007 at 21:03. |
