How to convert amiga images to JPEG?
I have a bunch of old floppies I have converted to ADFs and I would like to convert some of my old images to a more universal format, for nostalgia's sake. What is the best way to do this? They are in weird formats like HAM, PIC, IFF, AIFF, and most have No "extension" at all!
Some are GIFs and can already be seen by anything.... Is there a freeware converter, or should I just take a screenshot of winUAE displaying the pic? :-/

If you're running WinUAE, you could take a screenshot as you said, or you could get free Amiga programs like PPaint or PPT to convert. These programs (and many others) can convert to/from almost any graphics format.
I think there are even some Windows (yuck) programs that can convert IFF (I've heard PaintShop Pro can), but I think the Amiga programs would be more reliable. |

You could try IrfanView on PC, it supports Amiga picture format(s) i think.

Most picture programs I've used can read IFF images on the PC. I mostly use Paint Shop Pro for everything.

This is late... But still... I would not convert the images to JPEG, because that is a "lossy" format meant for hi-colour and photographic pictures, not Amiga-like stuff. Use PNG or GIF - this way you will retain the original picture without any "artifacts".
