Code Wheel Identification

OldGames.SK identifies the black code-wheel with concentric letters as for Desert Strike. https://www.oldgames.sk/codewheel/de...rn-to-the-gulf

None of the Desert Strike editions offered on eBay (Electronic Arts) and (The Hit Squad/Ocean) have code-wheels but a sheet of codes in the guide.

What would the Desert Strike code-wheel on OldGames.SK be for?

That's the code wheel I am referring to. It's in a bundle of Amiga software I bought (no Desert Stike included) and I couldn't figure it out. For some reason I thought the OldGames.sk wheels were Amiga only.

Desert Strike amiga didn't have any protection, no manual / password check or copylock physical disk protection.
