Wow. It looks like it was made by Maxis in the 90's. UI controls that looks rendered with CSS, assets which do not have the proper aspect ratio, water which is just a single plane going through the boat, weeds which are just a 2D wall texture...
Charmingly janky. I'm in. |

Yeah, it looks like late 90s game but that's the problem - for me a huge part of the charm of the original was its excellent 2d gfx.
That said, since it's the original dev, I'd like to give him some money on the account of my piratical exploits back then. If he releses on something else than Steam, I just might. |

Weird because in 1987 that was maybe one of the most polished game ever made for a home computer. The original version is the Deluxe one in fact
 .They would maybe make more sales making a fancy 256 colors AGA version with Jim Sachs on the GFX part and selling it on the Amiga and Steam |
