Which is the latest version of WinFellow that would work on Windows 95 (If any at all)

I have to be honest, I have no idea and no easy way to test it.

To find any that might work I'd look at the old releases in the SourceForge release archive, there's builds of 0.4 there. You could try both the DX3 and DX5 ones..

https://sourceforge.net/projects/fellow/files/WinFellow is the place to find those old builds..

(sf is a bit outdated)

Doesn't DOS Fellow work fine on Win 95 too? Or is it to run in a window?

I recall using Fellow on Windows95 in 1998. So one one of them will definitwly work, either Dos or Windows version.
