Remapollo for A4060

Hello!

Is there any remaper like remapollo for Apollo 4060, Remapollo 1.8 doesn't seem to work with A4060, or is there a way to put it working?

Cheers!

Did you have read the Requirements of RemApollo.doc? If you can check them all I would say it should work. If not try BlizKick or SKick or MMULib.

Here is my startup-sequence for my A4000D with Apollo 4060
Library for 060 is 60.10 as recomended. Patch was made from an old one also as recomended.
Modules were made with RUX AmigaOS ROM Update.

Still hangs, don't know why.

Have you checked which 68060 you have using a good software tool?

Some Chinese fakes are actually 68EC060 or 68LC060 parts which have no MMU (and don't work with remApollo)

On how many forums did you post your question, three or more?

Further to the already many hints you can put on top of your S-S "set echo on" to see output. Quiet, >NIL: and similar should be off to get error messages. Then make your S-S at least up to SetPath "clean"/simple. To much resident loading stuff. It's to complicated at the moment.

It's a REV6 CPU, as shown in wichamiga.

I believe you can have Rev6 LC/EC 060's too. What does it say for MMU? Does it say full MMU?

But if you read this thread and the one over on Amiga.org the people who know seem to be saying you're using the remApollo tool incorrectly.

If you don't actually have a MMU then skick will work. It's not ideal (the memory will not be write-protected) and it only supports specific Kickstarts.

OK, everything works except DRAP command that stalls Apollo4060
You need to patch the 060 library v60.10 in order to make it run.
Patcher is included.
From that startup sequence I only removed DRAP. Also replaced OS3.9 Loadmodule for the latest one from aminet. Copied to C:
Now lets see what's going on with DRAP

not sure what patch you are talking about, but on the ftp
you will find patches for Apollo 60.10 lib by Cosmos.
just in case you missed that.
