Funny thing happened

Hi Toni,

A funny thing happened here in house...

I was playing with Workbench in WinUAE, editing some copper rainbows with CopperDemon and suddendly the WinUAE disk drive started to click without I have inserted a disk in WinUAE!

Hopefully, the virus-checker didnt detected nothing (I say, both in memory and on the virtual drive, that VC said it was empty!), if not a bad thing would happen, I think.

Toni, I hope you check this... It can be a bug, but it could be also a ghost!

I don't see any ghosts.

Floppy drives normally click when there is no floppy inserted. You probably have no-click trackdisk.device option enabled and you accidentally disabled it.

Check floppy on screen leds to see if drive is clicking or not (track=0 continuously: noclick, jumping between two tracks: normal clicking, something else happening = possible ghost!)

I didnt explained correctly.

WinUAE played the sound of a disk being inserted and VirusChecker recognized a disk insertion in the drive and tried to find the bootblock of the disk.

Logically, there was nothing inserted in the drive, and it didnt find any bootblock.
