Retr0brighting a manky Snes :D

Hi Folks!

Thought I'd share some pics, I bought a manky yellow Snes for a Fiver from eBay to experiment on modding (region free, etc) in the mean time I thought I'd give retr0brighting a go.

Since I didn't want to mix up a solution myself I bought BBlonde peroxide paste from Superdrug, it's just £1.69 a bottle and to get the results so far used less than half of that.

Although it was sunny when I started it clouded over so I guess this slowed the process, the parts were outside for about 8 hours and I re-applied the solution twice over that time.

Here they were out in the garden lol

I think the best is using a gel solution (for hairdressing), and adding active oxigen for loundry.

Yeah but as said I didn't want to mix up a solution

I think the keyboard is ok, but the snes needs a bit more, mate.

Yeah I know, I ran out of sunlight today, it's dark now

Preferably a japanese Super Famicom.
