Broken Sword 2.5 (in German)

Hi,

I think I should remind those of you who may have missed the issue of the final version of this unofficial remake of Broken Sword ("Chevaliers de Baphomet" in French) remake, since it was WIP for monthes.

I am too lazy to give a full presentation of the 2D point & click classic, and explain what result the dev. team wanted to obtain by making a remake. (v2.5 also starts in the famous café and shares some characters), but feel free to ask.

All I can say for now is that the game is issued as an iso (700mb) in German (lucky Germans !) for the moment, with English subtitles. Apparently, it can be finished without cheating or being fully bilingual, from what I've read.

It's Win32, but the game can be easily run with linux via WINE.

After a longer period than expected, we are happy to release the official patch for Broken Sword 2.5. We fixed several situations where the game freezed or the inventory didn't worked as expected.
Additionally this patch includes new subtitles, which means the officially supported languages are now: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Croatian, Portuguese and Russian. Thanks to all fans out there who made this possible. It was a long way, but finally we reached the goal.
Please download the patch only from our website. Don't install language packs from other websites, because they are not authorised by mindFactory and can contain viruses. We are not responsible for any computer damages related to our game. To install the patch just unpack the ZIP file into the same folder as your game installation of Broken Sword 2.5. That's it. There is no special installation required.
Important: After the game is patched you can't use old savegames anymore. Sorry for this.
