[Found: Fascination] French game?

I am trying to think of a name of a French made game (I'm pretty sure it was French although don't quote me on that) from about 1991 guys where it i think it was like an adventure but not in the traditional sense where you walk around the screen with the character more like in "The Ween - Prophecy" sense.

It would start with music that had the sound of waves crashing, with the music sort of then sounding like "ting, ting, ting, tiiiiiiiiing.... ting, ting, ting, tiiiiiiiiing", whereupon it would repeat that melody about 3 times before going into very smooth base type rhythm.

It was set in a modern day setting if memory serves me but in an exotic way and i think it was mostly blue looking graphically like it was a night setting.

The name of the game stuck in my head for years and now i can't remember it!??

Edit: It's ok, the title just popped into my head, it was "Fascination"
