EAB logo

An EAB logo I've done when trying out that 3D look in a 2D paint program... :theparano

Edit: I know the font is unreadable and there are some errors...

what 2d prog?

Like you say the logo is just about unreadable nice sorta 3d logo but the font spoils it!

anyway i will post a logo here soon! what art package you using?

i Have a REAL Amiga but ain't used it in months nay over a year really Amiga's where great in their day but finished now apart from emulation PLEASE bring out a PCI / Aga card it could be done! -off topic i know-

On my Amiga i used to love Brilliance and of course Dpaint up till dpaint IV which i didn't like!

On -Spit- Pc i use Xara X which is the best Pc art package EVER not to be confussed with xara 3d and when i have to i use it Photoshop.

if you wanna see some of my graphics try sareksworld
(Gallery of course )

Very cool gfx, dude! I especially liked the Manny's Archives parody of the WB logo shield! Very nice work indeed!

BTW, I edited your post to make your web page address into a clickable link, and I removed your signature (replacing it with the standard text regarding sigs).

Also, the cigs.jpg link (first pic in the gallery) doesn't work.

Yes they are very good sarek2k
, very professional and LOL to Workbench 96 .. I see you have a logo for ninja's AGA world. Did he use that? He used mine for a week or so and then replaced it with an ugly animated gif

And samurai, it's not bad really but what if it needs to be reduced in size? It will be totally unreadable then.

my eab logo

here is my logo hope it's not too big.

It ain't perfect 3D as it's a 2d pic Took me about 1hr (30 mins here 30 there)

infact anyone who used amiga dpaint will know how i made this logo with 2 layers in perspective (on amiga you would have to join the lines but on Xara X you just blend the 2 layers)

check out Xara X (Don't be distracted by Xara 3d or Webstyle 2.0 they are pants and for nobrainers)

xara home

Hey, sarek2k - you should go to your usercp (available at the top of the page) and set your config to include your web page so that it will have a button-link on all of your posts.

Now that looks great. If I were to say anything negative about it it would be that it might've looked a bit better (in my opinion) if the sides had been a bit more non-transparent.

I know what you mean Drake1009 i kinda lost myself with the transparancies etc! if you look close some of the light / dark are in the wrong places like on the A for instance!

anyway if anyone wants to see how i did the logo i have torn it to bits into seperate parts (50%) size of the orig logo.

I'd very much like to learn how to do something like that. There was a thread about it I think but I was kind of busy the span of the time to sit down and actually try to do something. Easter break is next week so I should have just a bit more time.

Awesome...works great now. I tried typing in the names as Cigs.jpg and CIGS.JPG...usually these things are case-specific when a pic won't work. I can typically hit it >50% of the time.
