Got to level three having lost most of my lives on the level two boss. Cracking game, this one. Very slick, atmospheric, and plenty to do.

I was on there just now and it seems to be ok again now

I completed the game - took me 4 or 5 hours though (just for the one game) as I was being cautious and taking my time. I had 2 lives left at the end.

Remember F1 to F4 change secondary weapon and you get a bonus at the end of each level - level 1 = 1K, level 2=2K, level 3=3K, level 4=4K and level 5=10K.

If you got stuck at those little mines that get in the way, holding fire for your special weapon will get rid of those. You can select different ones with the F1 - F4 keys, it's about finding which one is best suited to a particular situation.

Each level you have to find and destroy certain objects (except one level where you rescue prisoners by touching them with your craft), after that all you do is find the exit.
You get message updates in the status box, just below the score, that help you work out what you need to do next.

On some levels I thought this game was very impressive, yet I can't honestly say I'm itching to play it again.

First time I ever play this, quite nice! Would have been even better with some in-game muzak.
I lost my last lives to the boss on level 4 I think.. the one that morphs into St Dragon.

Just to correct myself - the game states a 10K bonus after beating the final boss (on level 5), however you actually get a 15K bonus (at least in the ADF version).

Is this area in level 2 accessible somehow?
