ADF/ADZ compare tool?
Hi everybody.
Sorry if this was asked before: I have a directory with tons of ADF/ADZ games (nothing new, I can assure you! ) I just want to give a cleaning, the problem is, I'm sure there are several identical games but with different names, and I want to delete all this duplicates. So, do you know the existance of some tool (preferably that runs under PC) to compare automatically the structure of the files? |

Are you talking about identical disk images with different names?
If so, use a CRC32 utility and compare the checksums. You will have to unpack the .ADZ images to .ADF with GZip in order to compare like with like. If you do not wish to use a CRC32 utility, just archive the files using WinRAR. Opening the archive will reveal the checksums. |

I didn't know the existance of a PC program checking the internal structure of any file (independently of its extension), so thank you, I'll give a try to both ideas!
