WinUAE 3.4.0 Doesn't save DMAC selection

For some reason, when I select DMAC-2 for the A2091 emulation it isn't saved with the configuration file. I have to manually change it from DMAC-1 to DMAC-2 every time I load the configuration. I've tried deleting it and re-creating it from scratch.

I can't duplicate. Does something like "a2091_rom_options=subtype=dmac02" appear in config file?

Line is not in the config file. If I add it in manually, it works just fine (setting to dmac-2 when loaded.) However, if I then save the config file again, it disappears. WinUAE x86 v3.4.0 (2016.12.21)

I thought I had it fixed Created a test config and all I changed from default settings was the SCSI device (A590/A2091) it's ROM (Guru,) and the DMAC (2). It saved and loaded just fine. Added in all the other settings and it stopped saving the DMAC value.

Tracked down the issue. As soon as I set it to "Custom Boot Order" it stops saving the DMAC value.

Thanks. That was it, "order"-field overwrote device specific options (if any).
Fixed.

Yep

Thank you. It wasn't exactly breaking anything, it was just slightly annoying. When I found out it was the manual HW order, I just turned it off. I prefer to mirror the real HW as much as possible, though, so the beta is in use again. I'll follow the rules in posting issues on it in the thread.

The systems I'm working on are still undergoing tweaks & changes to the HW. Which is why I'm starting over on my HDD image build. I was almost finished too But some of what I had installed integrated too much & I ended up really messing it up when I tried to uninstall it. As much as I dislike Microshaft, their install/uninstall system (even though it doesn't always clean everything up completely,) is rather handy.
