A1200 HD and WB installation

Hello All,
Is it hard to install a 2.5" Hdd on my newly purchased plain Escom Amiga 1200? What tools do I need to open up my A1200? I know that A1200s come with a drive bay for 2.5" drives, but do they also feature a built-in AT/IDE cable? If not, What cables IDE/ATT do I need?

Also, provided that I installed this 2.5" Hdd inside my A1200, is there a guide which explains (in simple step preferably!) how to install WB?

A1200s do not have any hard drive cables as standard with them unless they are an A1200HD model. Here is the cables you need:

Our hard drives are supplied pre-installed with our own OS-Install utility which automates the process for you as soon as the hard drive is connected/booted on the Amiga. We had to make this due to the inadequate old HD Installer from Commodore and to make something easier and modern for our customers to use:

Yes, I'd have to agree with that. AmigaKit's OS-Install utility may add some features and be easier to use, but Commodore's Installer is certainly adequate (and fine in 'Expert mode' ).
