Emulation Speeds With Cycle Accuracy

can anyone please give me some reports about how the emulation speed is on your computer with cycle exact mode enabled?

i'm curious how much grunt we need to run winuae this way.

Well few days ago, I tried one of the most blatant examples, CJ in the USA by Codemasters.
This game CANNOT be played without cycle-exact mode: the flashing garbage is simply too annoying without it!
But even my Athlon TB 1333 does NOT run the game fluently, sound is extremely choppy and scrolling can't be given the predicate "perfect" either.

Same with Spindizzy Worlds. This game too needs cycle-exact mode in order to get rid of all that flashing crap.
But my system is simply not yet fast enough for it. *SIGH*.

i'm trying to run stardust for example, and all seems fine until the game starts and things get moving, then the sound skips all over the place. i'm not sure if it's the sound emulation being...how should we say...not the best, or if my 2Ghz P4 with DDR ram cant keep up.

any more examples....please?

AIAB and cycle exact

I gave up on this option, AIAB wont even start up and gives an error with this option enabled.
