Wizkid - FAQ

I know a few people are interested in this game, so I thought I'd post my FAQ/Walkthrough for Wizkid (I only just wrote it!). It's the only complete solution to Wizkid on the internet... anywhere! (In English at least... no idea if someone else has already done it in a foreign language.)

Hope you enjoy it!

Edit: Updated the FAQ (100% finished).

Johnnywalker, do you still want the "The One" walkthrough?

If this FAQ is 100% complete, I think you won't need it anymore, right?

Just a note... using the walkthrough I noticed that it misses that one has to aquire the Spiked Cola on the first level... thus when reaching the fourth level (if following the FAQ) one can't proceed...

Hello. I'm a new user on this forum. I just wonder: Where, or how can I get the complete version of the game Wizkid(either amiga disk, .adf-file or PC-convertion)?

Hello oyferder,

Check out the link at the top of EAB called >> FAQ <<. Here you will find loads of useful information like Where can I download Amiga Games/Software from?

A good place to start would be PlanetEmu under the Commodore Amiga - Games - ADF section

Thanks got it!
I have almost completed Wizkid now. The game simply RULES. But I have one problem. I have written about it in another thread(called "wizkid endgame problem").

Sorry for the bump. But I was wondering if anyone has any solutions to this:

Quote:
The Birthday Screen
-------------------
Passing almost into legend, many Wizkid players swear they've seen an alternate loading sequence that wishes Wizkid a Happy Birthday! I can now confirm that this screen does indeed exist but as far as I know, nobody has figured out exactly what triggers it.

One obvious possibility is the date the game is loaded up on. I have checked this myself and the last time I saw the birthday screen was on May 26th, but I could not replicate it when I reloaded the game.

If someone manages to solve the mystery of the birthday screen, please email
me! Thanks!
I remember definitely having it on the first boot but never again. So is it something written to the disk when you first run the game, although I'm sure I always remembered to write protect all my disks as soon as I first used them.

Then grab WizKid here : http://www.planetemu.net/?section=re...&rubrique=roms
