Error validating...

I have not turned on my A1200 for month, but today i have.
I have a CF-card as internal HDD.
Now on startup i get always annoying error message "Error validating Work Block 1822932 bad header type".
I can proceed after clicking "Retry" and also have access to partition "Work" then.
But its really annoying at startup of course.
What is the easiest way to remove this error, whithout loosing Data?

Copy all files to another partition, format the bad one and copy all files back.

DiskSalv and other programs might be able to repair the file system. But a repair action always risks that files are lost.

Quick-format!!

You *never* need to full-format anything but floppy disks.

Especially with flash memory doing a full format reduces the life time of the medium and is of no use.
