Video Magician Videslot scandoubler, very dark picture
I received an A4000D with a "video magician" videoslot scandoubler
(http://bboah.com/cgi-bin/showhardware_en.cgi?HARDID=359) the problem is that it outputs a very dark picture... tried 2 crt monitors, they are the same... there is an adjustment screw on the scandoubler, that fixes brightness, but only a bit, it is still unusable... the card looks OK , there is no visible damage... there are 3 switches on the bracket , but they make no difference... anyone else has this sd??? the seller says that if I connect the sd to the picassoII+ input that the amiga has, output will be OK... haven't tried it yet since I left the amiga at the office, but that does not sound good to me LOL |
