TinyMeter create Icon launcher. Help

Hi:
I'm creating somekind of Taskbar using TinyMeter, but I don't know how to use the Launcher or Iconlauncher options on the Compose List. What I want is to add an icon to open a program; IBrowse for example.

Help needed and thanks in advance

EDIT: WTF !! Iconlaucher is an "applications launcher", so it's just drop and use one. Anything easier (if you read the first line of the instructions and not the rest like I did). Now it's working.

Edit: Well, now I would like to know how to use a dopus start menu from booting...
