Cycle-exact CPU speed shows as 0.000000 initially

I noticed a minor GUI bug:
  • In a fresh WinUAE (3.3.0) installation, run WinUAE.
  • Click CPU and FPU in the settings window. CPU Frequency shows as 8x (but greyed out), with the number field to the right black (and greyed out).
  • Click Chipset in the tree-view and check the Cycle-exact (Full) box.
  • Click CPU and FPU again. CPU Frequency field says "2x (A500)" but the number field to the right says 0.000000.
  • If you click the number field it shows the correct 7.093790 and becomes greyed-out.
