Zip file behaviour

I don't know if this is a bug or a standard feature.

I was playing with the drag N drop feature on Winuae last final, unzipped adfs worked with just be being dropped on to the main window, you then drop another different game game and reset Winuae and it picked up the new game but when I tried with a zipped file it did not pick the disk up.

The only way it picked it up was to drag and drop it on to the F12 screen.

Is this normal?

I thought zipped or not they worked on just dropping on to the window before..

Long time since I used the feature..

It seems to do removable harddrive mount attempt now (even if there is no filesystem stuff active)

Need to investigate..

Thanks

Because dragging files to WB window is very nice feature, any zip is still mounted as harddrive unless current configuration does not have harddrives emulated, for example any basic A500 or A1200 config.

I hope this is good enough solution.

It wasn't an issue in my books, it just seemed odd that with zip support I could not drag zipped files on to the WB window so I thought I'd bring it to your attention. You answered as to why and its a perfectly sensible explanation per normal.

As always the emulator is top notch Toni, the biggest issues you have is us damn users of it
