Does AF2016 feature the Free version of WHDLoad?

I remember that the AF2012 version of WHDLoad had to be registered, but is it now free in AF2016?

Not sure, never used AmigaForever... but even if it isn't just downloaded "WHDLoad_18.2_usr.lzx" from http://whdload.de/index.html

I did that last year, installed WB 3.1 and WHDLoad into a new HDD partition, but I wouldn't mind if it was part of AF2016.
