Easy way to change all icons?

I have recently downloaded all the packs and got an up to date collection of all games and demos etc.

I do not like the original icons that most have preferring the newicon/os3.5 versions that show the title screen and when moused over a game screenshot.

Is there a way to change them on mass or do you have to do it by running through the install for each game and then abort it when it comes to getting the game files?

Well you could do it with the shell and/or an AREXX script, just rename all icon files (.info) to the exact same name of the slave file and copy them over to the right folder, overwriting the old ones.

It'll be a bit of a job but possible!

Easier to run all installs again than that typing each icon name in, correctly, on thousands of entries.

Think I'll give a launcher a go, probably a lot easier
