Mega-CD Europe Conversion
Has anyone tried to convert Jap/US games to Europe using CDMage and ConvSCD?
I ask as i can't get the Sega Forum to post (I have tried contacting them) Or alternatively a site where these have already been converted? I have done a few with varying success and the Everdrive Bios is ok but doesn't work properly for all Last edited by ScottC2010; 04 March 2022 at 21:25. Reason: Extra info |

tried convscd but it worked "randomly" (1 title out of 4 tested)
iirc it was heart of the alien or whatever is called, us version..it worked at the third time..never tried Jap games |

Yes, this is the program i used - mixed results - some worked, some didn't have music and others the sound stuttered (Probably due to 60hz timing)

I don't think there's a 100% reliable way.
Easier just to multi-bios the machine. |
