More importantly, the jumps remind me more of Risky Woods than the flawless wonder that is Turrican.

Yeah, that reminds me of ACSYS too, what a shame that game never came out. If this only comes out on PC I'll probably never play it, I can't stand using PCs to play games, emulated or otherwise.
