Looking for Generation 4 coverdisk 61

Does anyone here have any Generation 4 coverdisks?

I'm particularly looking for disk no. 61. But we need scans of all the disks (and dumps would be good too).

I have about 12 coverdisks of Gen4 but not the no. 61. I can scan them
