Sound channel issues - eagle player test
I suspect I have sound issues in my Amiga believing one of the channels failed. So I loaded eagle player and with this you can turn off 4 voices. I assume this is the same as the 4 channels (2 left 2 right) . I test each indivually and they all work fine. Each one played as a sound. Does this mean my Amiga audio is ok?

Yeah, probably. You could always download Amiga Test Kit and try that - it lets you test each channel explicitly at a couple of different frequencies. It might be that one or two channels are a little quieter than the others, but still working...
