Hmm my Apollo 040 is playing up...
Guys I want to sell my Apollo 040 board 25mhz.
So to test it i put it in my Mediator rig. I booted from a clean WB3.1 partition. The Board shows as a 68040 in WHICHAMIGA, but it is listed as 0 (Zero) MHZ and the fast ram is not seen. This voard was working perfectly just 3 months ago but in my Desktop 1200. Is the mediator screwing things up? I dont, unless really necessary, want to have to set up another A1200 desktop HDD and big PSU to test it. edit... I tried a different ram stick, and a different oscillator. Same results. hmm not enough ram for mp3. Will try sysinfo.
I also tried a PC1204 4mb ram expansion. same result. Whichamiga sees the 68881 fpu but not the ram. |

Hmm I am STOOOOPID. All I had to do was set the Mediator jumper to CLOSED.
All boards are working 100% now. Anyone wanna buy an Apollo 1240 with 32mb RAM? |

You can get an Apollo 1240 converted to an Apollo 1260 with Rev6 68060@75MHz (Full FPU & MMU) by a guy called PG over at amiga.org
