A beauty, indeed.
Just out of curiosity: why the SCSI controller on the CS is not used? It can draw circles around the not-so-fast built-in SCSI of 4kT. And why no 128Mb of RAM in the accelerator? |

Once I got past the "Delicious Amiga, I want one" Phase, i noticed a couple of things of interest..
As my food friend magno boots points out, there was clearly a glue gun explosion in that A4000T!!! lol and the HP CDRW... that was the first CDRW I bought for my amiga back in 1999/2000 I think (possibly 2001) and that puppy cost me nearly £150 back then.. still have it today lol! A very nice set up FOL, is it your or works?... if its the latter can you take your work home with you ;0 |

You and your dirty mind, lol.
Aye, the glue gun is your friend. Rather stuff secured and not falling out, . Its the works, I think matt would notice a great big lump like that going out the door, lmfao (/me waits for matt's reply, ). Rkauer, Its awkward to get connector in. Besides its fast enough, |

Nice machine, nice components and certainly something which I covet.
BUT all that hotglue looks amateur and nasty. It jars against the professional image that AmigaKit portrays. |

I didnt have the luxury of spending hours making it look nice inside. Even with it not working for a day can cause me problems as its my HDD setup machine, . Its other main role, is wall to wall Amiga tune jukebox, . |

FOL, as you explain, this is a truly "Productive" Amiga. (maybe one of the last in the UK?)
I will forgive your sloppy Hot glue work But don't let it happen again !! |

OMG, am I envious? Fuck yes I am!!!!
Funny about the hot-melt glue...I recently purchased a towerised A1200 built for the owner by AmigaKit & was astounded to see components held in place with the goop. Sure, it's good for loose wires & such, but heavier parts simply don't stay put when hot-melted to the smooth interior of a metal case...LOL...think "abrasion & epoxy" for that kind of stuff! Ok, I think AmigaKit to be great, simply making commentary here PZ. |
