R3(The art of Rocketry) PAL hack?

Maybe I'm going nuts, but I could swear there was a PAL-modified version of R3(The art of Rocketry) out there - the game itself says it requires NTSC but I seem to remember there being a PAL version on a cover disk at some point.
I wanted to play it on my A1200 the other day to discover my VGA doodad doesn't support NTSC properly and was wondering if there was a PAL hack out there that I could amuse myself with.
