Checking WinUAE/Real Amiga files for viruses.

Now I've spent some time setting up HardDrive directories, collecting ADFs and installing workbenches in WinUAE, how can I check that files are not infected by viruses?

Can any of you suggest a good free virus checker for WinUAE and my real Amiga 1200?

With collecting files from so many different sources I feel I need a certain level of protection.

How do you guys check your adfs/workbenches?

Thanks for your advice, much appreciated.

Retroman, you're a star. That's exactly the kind of up-to-date software I was looking for.

It took me AGES to install all the stuff on my 320Mb A1200HD and I want to be sure it's clean.

Now I'm starting to install stuff on my WinUAE setup from all over the net, this software will be invaluable.

Thanks again for the fast response.

no problem I´ve made some translations for them and those guys really keep the Amiga Anti Virus Software up-to-date, so be sure to visit them regularly cause there are 3 to 5 updates a month

I downloaded VirusExecutor and got the two libraries it requires (reqtools.library, xvs.library), but I can't find xfdmaster.library anywhere on Aminet.

Now I could extract my Amiga disks to a directory on my PC harddrive, and use a virus scanner to detect the Amiga viruses. Would that work?

Xfdmaster library can be found here:

Yes, that would work perfectly well.
