Make ROMS from original SNES/GENESIS scenereleases

Grabed the SNES and GENESIS archive of the BBS scene and ROMISO project.
Since those files are in their original state, and not emu ready, I want to make sfc and bin files from em, to use em with emus.
Wich tools do I need to convert?

Don't they just work??? I would have thought that almost any modern EMU would take them as is.

In the old days I always used Insnest.

No they don`t work with latest ZSNES.
The emu bring a bad dump error.
The ucon tool crashes every few seconds on my vista.
And I really don`t have a clue how to use it right.

Are these bbs games available anywhere for download or are a backup of your own bbs?

I got some original scene releases from Underground Gamer a while back.
The ones I tried worked fine with snes9x and BSNES.

ZSNES hasn't been updated since 2007, I would try BSNES or MESS first with the unheaded roms first. Can't try myself as I don't have any
